Getting Started

How do I download Booksify? +
Booksify is available on the App Store. Simply search for "Booksify" or tap the download link on our homepage. The app is free to download and includes a selection of free audiobooks to get you started.
How do I create an account? +
You can sign up using your Apple ID for quick and secure access. Just tap "Continue with Apple" on the login screen. Your listening progress, bookmarks, and library will sync automatically across all your devices.
How do I find and browse books? +
Use the Browse tab to explore our library by genre, author, or popularity. You can also use the Search feature to find specific titles. Tap on any book to see details, listen to a preview, and add it to your library.

Playback

Can I listen while the app is in the background? +
Yes! Booksify supports background playback. You can listen while using other apps, with your screen locked, or even with your phone in your pocket. Playback controls are also available from the lock screen and Control Center.
How do I use the sleep timer? +
Tap the moon icon on the player screen to set a sleep timer. Choose from preset durations (15, 30, 45, 60 minutes) or set a custom time. You can also set it to stop at the end of the current chapter.
Can I adjust the playback speed? +
Absolutely! Tap the speed button (showing "1x" by default) on the player screen. You can adjust from 0.5x to 3x speed. Your preferred speed is saved for each book individually.

Subscription

What subscription plans are available? +
We offer flexible subscription options: Monthly for casual listeners, and Annual for the best value (save over 50%). All premium plans include unlimited access to our entire audiobook library, offline listening, and exclusive content.
How does billing work? +
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Your payment method on file with Apple will be charged at the start of each billing period. You can view your next billing date in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
How do I cancel my subscription? +
To cancel, go to your iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Booksify > Cancel Subscription. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. You can resubscribe anytime.

Technical

The app keeps crashing. What should I do? +
First, make sure you have the latest version of Booksify from the App Store. If issues persist, try restarting your device. If the problem continues, try deleting and reinstalling the app (your library and progress are saved to your account).
Books are not downloading. How do I fix this? +
Check your internet connection and ensure you have enough storage space on your device. If downloading over cellular, make sure cellular downloads are enabled in Settings. Try pausing and resuming the download, or delete and re-download the book.
My progress is not syncing across devices +
Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID on all devices. Check that you have a stable internet connection. If sync issues persist, try signing out and back in from Settings > Sign Out.

Quick Solutions

Restore Purchases

Missing your premium subscription? Go to Settings > Restore Purchases to restore your subscription status.

Cancel Subscription

Need to cancel? Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage your subscription.

App Crashing

Update to the latest version from the App Store and restart your device. Reinstall if issues persist.

Audio Not Playing

Check your internet connection and try re-downloading the book. Make sure your device is not on silent.

Sync Issues

Ensure you are signed in with the same Apple ID on all devices. Try signing out and back in.
