- LibriVox: We source our free public domain audiobooks from LibriVox, a volunteer-driven project that creates free audiobooks from public domain texts. LibriVox does not collect any personal information from Booksify users.
- Apple (App Store & Payments): Subscription purchases and payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Apple handles all payment information according to their own privacy policy. We do not have access to your payment card details.
- Apple Sign In: If you choose to sign in with Apple, we receive only the information you authorize Apple to share (typically email and name).

6. Your Rights

- Anonymized Data: Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes, but this data cannot be linked back to individual users.

Booksify is rated 4+ on the App Store, meaning it is suitable for all ages. However, we recommend parental guidance for younger users:
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.
- Parents or guardians can create and manage accounts on behalf of their children.
- Our audiobook content from LibriVox consists of public domain classics that are generally appropriate for all ages, though parental discretion is advised.
